Welcome to LA Body Bar! Please take a moment to review our policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with the following terms:

No Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Services already rendered or unused
  • Packages (whether partially or fully used)
  • Gift cards or retail products
• Results vary by individual. Dissatisfaction with service results does not warrant a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

We allow appointment rescheduling with proper notice. We do not offer refunds.

• 24-Hour Notice Required for all reschedules.
• Each appointment can be rescheduled once only.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show = forfeiture of session & deposit.

Deposits

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
• No deposit = No appointment confirmation.
• Deposits go toward your service balance.
• Missed or same-day cancellations result in deposit forfeiture.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may receive a shortened service or be canceled.
• If canceled due to lateness, deposit/session is forfeited.
• Arrive early to avoid delays and respect other clients' time.

No-Show Policy

• Missing an appointment with no call or message is considered a no-show.
• No-shows = Loss of session and deposit.
• Multiple no-shows may result in a ban from future bookings.

Health & Safety Disclosure

• You must inform us of any health conditions, medications, or recent procedures.
• Some services are not suitable for:
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
  • Clients with certain medical conditions
• We reserve the right to decline service if safety is compromised.
• A signed waiver & consent form is required before your first visit.

Client Behavior Policy

• We provide a professional, respectful environment.
• Any form of harassment, rudeness, or inappropriate conduct will result in:
  • Immediate termination of service
  • Permanent ban from the spa
  • No refund under any circumstance

Package Expiration

• Pre-paid sessions/packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.

• By booking, you agree to release LA Body Bar and staff from any liability tied to:
